In our race for success, survival, and recognition, it's easy to forget the most powerful thing we carry within us—our humanity.

We scroll past pain. We walk past struggle. We often forget that behind every tired face is a story, behind every silence is a voice waiting to be heard.

But what if we paused?

This 3-hour cleaning exercise, interactive session, designed for youths, students, and early-career professionals, focused on building strong communication and leadership skills. Using role play, group discussions, and reflection, participants explored how effective communication ensures accountability and reduces conflict.

Key activities included:

* Telephone Game Icebreaker to demonstrate how unclear messages can distort meaning.

* Mapping Communication Chains in schools, businesses, and community projects.

* Mentorship & Leadership Discussion highlighting listening, clarity, transparency, and feedback.

Has powerfully captures the struggles of everyday life in The Gambia, particularly the impact of rising food prices on families.
