1. Vision & Mission Alignment

Objective:
Position Golden Media as a leading youth-driven creative hub in The Gambia.
Activities:

  • Finalize brand identity (logo, slogan, values, brand book).

  • Create a “Golden Media Studio Code of Conduct.”

  • Define service portfolio (media production, artist management, digital content, events, podcasting, training).
    Responsibility: Management team with youth representatives.
    Timeline: Month 1–2.
     

2. Infrastructure & Studio Setup

Objective: Build a professional and creative studio environment.
Activities:

  • Upgrade studio with soundproofing, lighting, cameras, microphones, and editing suites.

  • Establish a Golden Media Creative Corner for podcasts and visual storytelling.

  • Develop co-working/creative desk space for youth creators.
    Responsibility: Studio manager + Technical team.
    Timeline: Month 1–2.
     

3. Talent Development & Programs

Objective: Train and empower young Gambian artists and creatives.
Activities:

  • Launch Youths Talent Program (mentorship, workshops, recording sessions).

  • Artist development tracks: Music production, film, photography, journalism, and digital arts.

  • Partnerships with media and journalism houses & universities for internships.

  • Digital storytelling on social issues (climate, real estate, entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment).

5. Marketing & Branding Strategy

Objective: Build visibility and attract local and international audiences.
Activities:

  • Launch Golden Media social media campaign (#GoldenMediaGambia.

  • Collaborate with influencers, radio, and TV stations.

  • Organize quarterly Golden Media Concerts/Showcases.

Golden Media have unveiled an ambitious plan to establish Golden Media HUB in Brusubi, The Gambia, a multi-sector internet access and media powerhouse designed to drive the nation’s growth in community internet services, digital media, creativity, fashion storytelling, real estate development, and innovation. Day 4: Podcast Prep – Shortlist Artists & Confirm Guest Lineups

  • Objective: Prepare for engaging podcast episodes by curating meaningful content and guests.

  • Scope of Work: Brainstorm podcast themes, identify 2–3 upcoming Gambian/international artists, send invitations, and create a run sheet for the episode.

  • Expected Result: A finalized podcast plan with confirmed guest(s) and discussion flow.


Day 5: Podcast Episode 1 (Recording + Editing)

  • Objective: Launch the first podcast episode to establish consistency and audience engagement.

  • Scope of Work: Record the podcast (audio/video), assign editing tasks, and prepare for publishing on social platforms.

  • Expected Result: 1 completed podcast episode (30–45 minutes), ready to be uploaded and shared with the audience.


Day 6: Content Shooting – Comedy Skits & Poetry Videos

  • Scope of Work: Script and shoot 2–3 short comedy skits and at least 1 poetry performance video. Involve team members both on and off camera.

  • Expected Result: 3–4 recorded news recap videos showcasing team flexibility, confidence, and style diversity.
     

Day 10: Podcast Episode 2 (Featuring Emerging Gambian Artist)

  • Objective: Strengthen podcasting skills and give a platform to Gambian creatives.

  • Scope of Work: Interview a Gambian artist, cover their journey, challenges, and music insights. Handle pre-production, recording, editing, and publishing.

  • Expected Result: 1 full podcast episode released, expanding audience engagement and featuring authentic Gambian creative stories.


Day 11: Content Shooting – Music Clips & Behind-the-Scenes Videos

  • Objective: Capture creativity in action and showcase the production process.

  • Scope of Work: Record short music performance clips and document behind-the-scenes (BTS) moments from rehearsals, shoots, and creative sessions.

  • Expected Result: A set of engaging BTS and music content ready for social media promotion.
